[Milsurplus] One more Eb*y find

I remember this unit.  It used a "wobbulator" to make FM.  I learned 
that the red lead was NOT power when I hooked it to a battery and all 
those little plugs errupted in flame, ruining the rig.  It made a 
god-awful smell I might add.
