This came from qrz.com  maybe someone on here knows
the answer.

"I am looking for the specifications for this
compressor/limiter made by Federal Telivision Corp.
for the military. I posted an ad on QTH.COM and got a
bunch of replies on how easy it is to find this info
on the web.  I don't think anyone actually looked. 
Another gentleman told me his version of how to
measure it.  Thought I'd ask the question here.  
I would like to know the manufacturers specifications
for distortion and frequency response for the AM-864/U
