[Milsurplus] list posting??

i was referred to this site & have no idea how it works
i have only 1 question & as i am not a radio buff feel it would not be 
right to subscribe & than after i got a few good replies terminate
my question is
 I have 5 or 6 generators that are military surplus & marked
fsn 2920-799-3868
generator engine accessory
mfg pn grc 2440c 218s
american bosch
24v 40a
i was told its part of a GRC radio set
but need more data like a TM , FM ,  TO , DAPM , etc
can anyone help
