You state that there is little information to be had on this reflector
about the APN-7, then tell us that it is rare? Isn't there an obvious
connection here? If this is one of many failed systems out there that
didn't make the cut, because it didn't perform as intended, then isn't
this what makes it rare? The military, or industry for that mater,
usually doesn't bother to train techs on systems that aren't fielded, so
as a consequence, there is little or no expertise to be had. Or am I
missing something here?
Perhaps you are right about this reflector, more opinion then substance,
more for the sale then the repair. But you are just as guilty as any for
the opinions. True, your posts are enjoyable, even funny. You must
spend a lot of time to set up the joke. But perhaps that is why no
information is forthcoming, it is perceived as a joke? Or no one on this
reflector knows about the system, because it is rare?
Case in point, what are the ARN-7 "do-pretties" that interest you?
