This manual was among an ARC-5 lot picked up today. Thought it was going to be the later ARC-5 or SCR-274 manual. Was surprised to see:

In addition, there is a paper sticker attached to the cover with the number "NA-08-5Q-4" followed by "Restricted" (which has been struck out) and then "Declassified".
