G'day lists... Not strictly  mil surplus but I plus a  swag of others
got taken  to the  cleaners by "myPal systems.com"
Wanting a manual for a  piece of test gear, I found via the net a
company that  said they could supply. I paid the asking price at their
suggestion . to  myPay systems.
After 4 months and  no product  . the  manual website rarely on ---
myPay went thru the  motions of  providing a   credit on my Visa.
No action and despite many  email requests and a phone call from OZ
zilch action
 A search  via  Google  turned up the  site shown below.
Check it out and take your   patronage elsewhere.
I would hope that your US  authorities would be taking some action on
these  alleged fraudsters .
