The T-412 tag looks old enough (or it's mounting screws do) to have been done 
in the 50's.  But I didn't realize that USAF had done the conversion to the 
52286's.  Unless they did other changes (in which case the ATC tag should have 
been replaced with a T-47A/ART-13 one), it won't match the schematic in the 
T.O.  And then as Mike pointed out, someone else removed the CDA-T and 
reinstalled the O-17 (identifiable by having a 3-position bandswitch - the O-16 has a 
4-position one).
