[Milsurplus] Boeme Keyers

 In the late '50s I remember tone being used at NMR (Coast Guard
Radio San Juan PR)  It was used for  the "Marine Broadcast" several
times a day. I don't remember if they had a mil designation, just
that it was commonly refered to as The "Boeme Keyer"
