Yes, I have one and have used it just today.  Found it on E-bay.

Seems to me I saw the photo of one of these in an issue of Electric Radio
some time back.

On one side is a silk screened reproduction of a typical military alluminum
ID tag.

States :
                               AN/CUP-1
                   AUXILIARY EQUIP, COFFE

                              SERIAL 303

                    FOR USE WITH AN/POT-1

Has Raytheon logo in botom area of simulated tag.
