Thanks for the Pedestrian Mobile contact...
The bands are really getting good...
Most all of the Pedestrian Mobiles are on  18157.5 KHz.
i stay there because the 319 is channelized, It cannot be 'tuned' around.
i was running 50W with an 8 foot whip and a drag wire.
i just worked DJ3HJ for my 39th DXCC country operating /pm.
