Yes, a range calibrator. It was used with quite a few test sets, mostly
for aircraft radars. I have several in various states of workingness. One
I have had for a long time, one of my first military radar pieces,
interesting in that it is a hand built version made in the MIT Rad Labs.

Mostly aircraft radars, but I seem to believe a ground radar was given
TS-100/AP as a test scope.
