Three indepensible tools of the trade are:
1.  Hot air Gun( hair dryer) for thermal problems  and it is also used to
shrink that heat shrink tubing you buy at the hamfest.
2.  Freeze spray (electronics supply store)
3.  A simple engraver with the metal tip removed and  a narrow plastic tip
inserted so that you can vibrate areas on the chassis as needed for problems
that are vibration sensitive.
