Any of the Korean War era FM sets would be appropriate, namely a AN/VRC-7 through 10, 13 through 18, 20 through 22, or AN/GRC-3 through 8. See
http://www.hypertools.com/armyradios.html
for a tabular summary of what radio components comprise these sets. See
http://www.qsl.net/ke6myk/greenradio/MRCG1999/p02.jpg
for a picture of the smallest system, the AN/VRC-7 (on the right side) along side the most complex, the AN/GRC-7 (rest of picture).
If a radio set with "infantry" frequency band coverage is desired, then the AN/VRC-7, 10, 15, 18, 22, or AN/GRC-7 or 8 would be appropriate. The infantry band radios cover the 6m ham band.
The system manuals for these sets list an installation kit for the M37 truck.
Most military vehicle collectors go for the AN/VRC-7 or the AN/VRC-10 due to the limited number of components required for these sets. I think I'd choose the AN/VRC-10 (MT-299, RT-68, PP-112 (if 24 vdc truck), C-375), which weighs only about 125 lbm total.
