[Milsurplus] ID CX-4763/U Cable

Can anyone ID a cable CX-4763/U?  65" long with Winchester MRE34H-5 both 
ends.  Looks like it could be an extension cable for maintenance, maybe, as it has 
captive dummy plugs both ends.
