[Milsurplus] FT-243 Crystals Italy

Hello,

I recently opened a box of FT-243 crystals (BX-40) and noticed that most
of the holders are marked STAR, Milano Italia.
I never seen any of these before.

Does anyone have any info on these?
I thought that FT-243's were onlu made in the U.S.
