Why France Mark...   most US citizens have never been there, I've been there loads of times, am thinking of moving there, and have experienced no problems ? 

interesting line on "Everybody Loves Raymond" tv show shown today. When told they were visiting Italy Raymond said "why", "I have no interest in other cultures" !!
