[Milsurplus] milsurplus list

As some of you may have noticed, there were no Milsurplus emails over the
weekend.

The QSL.net server's disk drive went down hard and they are now up with a
brand new server. They had to reinstall mailman (a newer version) and ALL of
the qsl.net list (milsurplus being one of those).

My hat's off to Al and crew for probably spending their entire weekend to
get everything back up and running in short order.
