The AN/SRR-11/12/13 receivers made their appearance in service in the very early 1950s. I think most manuals for the sets are originally dated 1952.
I would guess that not even the old Soviet R-105D-series was in service that early, and it does not have much commonality in construction with the US sets mentioned. The modernized smaller and lighter R-105M-series is somewhat closer, but all the information I've come across seem to indicate that this M-series wasn't issued until the mid-1960s. It was definitely very very dated technology by that time.
I'd guess these Soviet designs that came long after the AN/SRR-11/12/13 likely did not use the US sets as a model. They seem to me more of a logical implementation of dated technology (analog optical projection displays and subminiture tubes) long long after US designs had abandoned such.
