Radio installation manual TM 11-2718 for Car, Half-Track, M2A1 calls for one 
FT-317 Shock Mount for installing the power supply of an SCR-510 or SCR-610.  
I haven't checked the TM but apparently installation of AN/VRC-3 in Tank, 
Medium, M4 also requires it.  Has anyone ever seen one? Have one?  Have photos of 
one?  Installation line drawing in the M2A1 TM indicates that the power supply 
is mounted face (and cables) down.  The radio is horizontally mounted by 
itself in an FT-250.
