IIRC, the T-827, AM-3007  and R-1051 makeup the URT-23. The RT-618 
transceiver of the URT-23 family.

They weigh a lot. Not a bad radio. The T-827 and RT-618 put out about 100mW 
to drive the amplifier.

The radio appears to have been designed for an ideal RF environment. The AM 
filter is used for CW and there is no way (without modification) to change 
the bandwidth that was selected for the mode of operation.
