Don't know.  If you meant FT-99, it's the shock mount for the BC-229/429 
receiver (SCR-183/283)

MT-171/U is a general purpose shock mount.  Probably among others it fits 
R-45/ARR-7, T-51A/ARQ-8 and whatever the transmitters were called that were used 
with AN/APT-2, 3 & 5.  I think the R-44/ARR-5 is about the same size as the 
R-45 so it might have been used with it as well, but I haven't checked the T.O.

Don't know.  That's someone's commercial nomenclature.  Look for another 
nameplate.
