I don't think the TV-7 has settings for the KT-88 (closest equivalent)
either, so try testing it as a 6L6. It is a hotter tube and the bias
curve is slightly different, so the transconductance will measure higher
than a garden quality 6L6, but gas and shorts tests should still work
correctly. The 6550 has one of the highest current filaments of any 6
volt tube, so don't leave it in the tester any longer than necessary.
