[Milsurplus] VRC-19, thumbs up or down?

Hi Hue:
the VRC-19 radio was issued to most of the Navy Mars people in NEW
condition. One story I heard was the heat inside caused the tubes to fail
early, (we would leave them on for a long time to monitor the repeater
freq.) they were short lived in Delaware Navy Mars.
