I am looking for a Perry Hale who was at ham-com June 20th. On June 20, I bought a racal RA6217A 1WS serial number #1328 from him, and there are problems with it. I seek to return the radio to him. Unknown if he is a ham or not, can anyone help out? Looking for contact information, Thanks, Patrick
