[Milsurplus] Parts and info

1/8" white polystyrene rod stock (available from any good hobby shop, 
esp. model railroad) looks very good in the knobs.  The original 
material doesn't appear to be dimensionally stable since so many of 
these indicator pins have fallen out of the knobs on Johnson equipment.
