Alan and the group,
I can make out some of the legends on the panel. It appears to be a wire
terminal unit of some kind. The 5-position switch in the center has, as I
understand the Czech with the aid of my dictionary:
1. 2-wire terminal
2. 2-wire transit (i.e. repeater)
3. 4-wire with 20 Hz (could that be ringer)
4. 4-wire w/o 20 Hz
5. 4-wire special
The switch above it is an OFF/ON switch for operation (provoz) of some kind.
Beyond that I won't stick my neck out ...
Good luck,
David Edsall, W1TDD
