John,
I have the short and long GRC-9 cables, a couple of sets, so will look
to see if there is a Belden or other manufacturers type number on any of
them. Sometimes the cables go bad because of storage conditions not just
out-gassing. I've had shipments of cable just fall apart after we got them
in the lab due to prior storage conditions and our shelf time was only
three(3) or four(4) months. Different cables, same time different lot #, are
still crankin' after 15-20 years.
