[Milsurplus] how rare are these things?

It wasn't the remote I expected it to be.  I think I recall having seen one 
39 years ago aboard USS Bushnell (AS-19) but it might have been something else. 
 Otherwise, I've never seen another one.

I do have most of the MAR to go with it.  :-)
