Probably phono input for external phonograph.
Better entertainment radios of the 30s and 40s
had that option.

Hello Group,

Has anyone heard of a Navy REH receiver? (I've
acquired one) It appears to be some sort of military
entertainment radio as it has pushbuttons for preset
stations and slide rule tuning as well. There is a
Motorola phone type output on the rear. (phono out or
input?) If anyone has any information on this
receiver or a place where the manual could be
downloaded it would be appreciated.
Norman
