[Milsurplus] subminiature tubes-audio?

Somewhat off the beaten path, I was wondering if any of the more
available subminis could be used for audio - specifically a guitar amp.

can someone point me in the general direction of some tube numbers to
research please?  If I were to build something that was like 5Y3, 12AX7,
EL84, are there similar subminis?  Are there better ones to use?  5w and
under is just fine with me.

I like the idea of an amplifier where the speaker dwarfs the electronics
by a huge degree.  Contact me off-list if this is getting too far
afield.
