[Milsurplus] hi volt choke testing questions -found part #

Well, here's a clue, I found a part number on it, and here is a 
picture of the case style. Can anyone maybe identify this choke?

It looks like the Chicago "FS" style case, as shown at bottom of 
image here:

The choke has the part number of 15726 stamped in the flat part
of the end bell sheetmetal.

The two terminals are like the picture, but at the bottom of the
choke, not the top.

Any help would be appreciated very much.
