[Milsurplus] TV-7D repairs

Hi All,
There was a guy that repaired these units that was located in Phoenix AZ. 
His name is Daniel Nelson.  I have tried email, but the note bounces back, 
does anyone have a current email address for him?

Also, I am still very much searching for manuals for CEI receivers, if 
anyone has a source or would be willing to copy their manuals please contact 
me.
