[Milsurplus] TS-579A/U or TS-5798/U Info Needed.

Anyone have anything on either nomenclature?  Supposed to be some sort of 
field strength meter.  Reason for the indeterminate nomenclature is that the guys 
who have the rotatable dipole antenna for it say that the nameplate on top of 
the chest says TS-5798/U but stenciled on the side of the case is TS-579A/U.  
And I just realized I didn't ask them to confirm the the "8" wasn't really a 
"B" which might make a little more sense..
