[Milsurplus] PP327B/GRC-9Y Power supply question

Hello all,
I have had a PP327B/GRC-9Y power supply laying around
for a while.  I haven't been able to find out the
voltage or current output on it.  I would guess that
it's made for the GRC-9, but i'm sure it can be used
for something else.  I recently ran across a GRC-19
and I need something that can handle it.  Maybe the
PP327 can?  I've also got a AN/VRQ-3 with the 12V
supplies.  I'd like to get that up and running too.
If the PP327 is usable, i'd probably be looking for
the connector too.
