Unlikely that such a complex p/n is duplicated elsewhere.

My resource says they are both made by Raytheon-Garland (TX) Division

If they were out of a crypto machine, the NSN would have 5810 as  the
prefix.

WHat you've got there (401-23207-01 and 401-23209-01) look more like
manufacturer's part numbers.
