It's a scam, they try to get you to buy the radio outside of
Ebay via money order. Then you get nothing. 

Ebay has been killing those off every week. They usually show
a price of $1.00 for these great radios. But oh well.

Looks like their trying to have a high price to fool the Ebay
scouts.
