[Milsurplus] They gotta be kidding (ebay)

This kind of activity has been going on for several weeks.  Each time
hundreds of high-end items are offered (by a different 'seller' at very 
low starting prices with the stipulation that approval is needed before
bidding.  Sounds like a scheme to harvest email addresses since eBay
discloses your email address when you 'ask seller a question'.
