	According to a NY Times article, some of the vigillantes patroling
eBay for fraud bid absurd prices like that for things they are sure are
fraudulant in order to lock them out and protect the innocent.

	Sounds like that may have happened in this case, and no doubt the
unit being advertised was a ghost of one someone legitimately advertised
earlier (same photos etc...).
