If no one else volunteers, I will write up a short missive including use
of Outlook Express.  Someone else will have to address Netscape, Opera,
Outlook, and the other mail/news readers.  Except right now I am busy as
heck getting ready to go overseas and look at the next generation of
surplus.

Meanwhile, Dave, how about a show of hands.  How many really want to
know.  You run the survey, I'll post something the middle of next month
if it is still an open item.
