Here I go again...Looking for donations for the LST-325. In May the LST-325 will start a
trip up the east coast of the US to Boston. Unlike the river trip this past summer, this
will be a high sea's trip to Boston and back. On this past summers river trip it was possible to stop at a port of call and visit a local parts store or repair facility but this will be high seas and need to make repairs while under way. As most of the equipment used aboard LST-325 is of the 1940-42 vintage it becomes necessary for the test equipment be usable for this era.
Minimum requirements include something like a URM-25, URM-26 signal generator and ME-297 or TS-352 multi meter to be aboard. Of course any other test equipment available would be appreciated.
I can not thank members of this reflector enough for all the effort given to keep LST-325 going as a floating museum. Any help will be greatly appreciated. You might notice we are talking about old technology type equipment to be used to service old technology equipment. TIA for all support
