[Milsurplus] Byron has a Manson, Bob has a different Manson

I've seen the bottom unit, the synthesizer, before. We had one in
the transmitter room of the USS Oklahoma City, the Commander
Seventh Fleet flagship. It sat above, and was wired to a locked
cabinet, the contents of which were top secret, we were told.
It wouldn't have made sense to just have it wired to an R-390
for precision freq setting as we had a WRR-2 near it, accurate
to within a few hertz. Another one of life's unsolved mysteries.
