No.  You may be confusing it with RT-66/GRC.  Per TM 11-487A (MIL-HDBK-161) 
of 11 June 1959, R-366/TRR-5 is a Crew Entertainment receiver.  The AN/TRR-5 
set includes a large loudspeaker and the receiver covers 540-30,000 KC 
AM/CW/MCW.  Audio output 5 Watts into either 6 or 600 ohms.  Made by Espey.
