Hue, Al, Group,

T-26, 60-75 ohm carbon microphone, Plug PL-58, part of Head and Chest Sets 
HS-17-A and HS-19.  Used with Switchboard BD-71, 72 & others as well as with 
EE-8.  Head and Chest Set HS-17-A would appear to be what you have as HS-19 has 
only a single earphone receiver.  Attached to the HB-6 should be the strap and 
two Receiver R-21, 128 ohms each.  Should include Cushion MC-114 on each R-21.
