I did not take the time to look up 737, but if it is the acetic acid cure
RTV, you need to leave that movement open to the air for about two weeks,
or the acid emitted will wipe out the movement. Nothing left but dust.
Even if it is the solvent type RTV, you need to let it outgas for a day
or two to prevent damage to the non-metallic internals of that meter.
