Has anyone ever seen (or better, have) a maintenance manual for the
SCR-518 (or AYA)?  This was the "first" altimeter that the military
purchased, and the set that all of those BC-688 and BC-689s that keep
popping up on Ebay go with. 

I would like to fool around with my SCR-518, but I do not have the 
maintenence manual. It may be one of those books made of fictionite, like 
all of the other first generation Army aircraft radar maintenance manuals
