John,

Headset HS-30-(*) C/O:

Nomenclature     Qty      Description
HB-30                1          Headband
CD-620-(*) 1 Cord, Wye (terminated in two spade lugs)
R-30-(*)              2          Receiver, 128 Ohm (Earplug type)
M-300                2          Insert (Rubber Earplug)

The two R-30's are connected in series by CD-620 for 256 Ohm impedance.

There are four cords used with HS-30 (none ship with it):

Nomenclature     Length        Plug     Comments
CD-604              6"               PL-54   W/C-410 step-up transformer
Z=8000 (requires CD-307)
CD-605              36" to 80"    PL-55   W/C-410 step-up transformer Z=8000
CD-874              36" to 80"    PL-55   W/JB-47 Z=256
CD-933              6"               PL-54   W/JB-47 Z=256 (requires CD-307)

HS-29 is a variant consisting of two HS-30's on a common cord with two
PL-55's for DF set use. One R-30 on each headset goes to each PL-55 (one for
telephone line and one for DF receiver).
