That's good news on acquiring the BC-348-Q in unhacked condition.

I sold the last cable plug I had back in August so can't help there. But it 
may help you to find one to know the the generic plug nomenclature is PL-103. 
The specific nomenclatures are PL-P103 (straight) and PL-Q103 (right angle). 
The shock mount is the FT-154. Sometimes they are found with a PL-103 still 
attached but as shipped (i.e., NOSB) they don't, because two different plugs were 
available. So the plugs would have been requisitioned separately.
