[Milsurplus] Tek 2215 O-scope lots on Gov't auction

We had a fair size DRMO here in San Antonio back then, and Tucker was a
weekly presence at the auctions. Didn't take long to calculate that they
would bid up to but not over 10% of the refurbished item price in their
catalog. After that it was between the hams and local surplus dealers.
We had an advantage in being able to closely examine the lots which had
items of interest, and also look for the salted ones. FBI busted the GS
types and a local surplus dealer not once but twice. Still found a lot
of bargains, though. All gone to Latham-Levy now, :-((
