The SB- prefix is from the newer AN/ system.  CNR-23442 is from the older 
Navy Type Number system.  And under the AN/ system would carry a C-xxx/SRT 
nomenclature.

On a related subject, I need an unbutchered SB-82/SRR or equivalent (Receiver 
Transfer Switchboard).
