Marty, Daviid, et al,

Fair used to sell a partial copy of T.O. 08-1-25, which is an equipment to 
tube cross reference similar to SB 11-17.

I have two instruction books on the RA-38.  The earlier one dated DEC. 26, 
1941 does show the WE 371A.  However, the later one dated JAN. 19, 1943 shows WE 
371B.  BTW, RA-38 would be a tad large for a corridor lamp.  Roughly 5' cube 
weighing 2040 pounds.
